LUMEN was created to support educators who believe meaningful change begins with strong relationships, shared learning and confidence in what is possible.
Through practical leadership development, collaboration and access to trusted voices, LUMEN helps principals and educators turn ideas into action within their schools.
The movement is designed to create space for leaders to reflect honestly, learn alongside others and develop approaches that can make a real difference for educators and students.

Matt Cull began his journey as a school principal dedicated to building belief and improving student outcomes through collaborative leadership. He launched LUMEN Leadership Movement in 2025, bringing principals and educators together.

LUMEN and JUMP Math share a belief in every learner, the importance of strong leadership and the power of professional learning to improve student success.
